As a result of both staff and patient feedback we are pleased to confirm our new phone system has successfully been installed.
We have already seen wait times on the phone fall significantly and patients are telling us the new features are very useful.
Patients can now hold their place in the queue and request a call back when reaching the front of the queue. We are also able to update the phone messages in real time, enabling us to advise when the GP appointments are full for the day.
Patient feedback is important to us and we’re hoping the new phone system and additional reception staff will make contacting the surgery less stressful
