What is changing?
From 1st July 2026:
- patients will no longer be able to sign into Swiftqueue using their old Swiftqueue username and password.
- Everyone will sign in using NHS Login only.
- The old Swiftqueue login will be removed.
All patients (new and existing) will use NHS Login to access Swiftqueue.
Patients who do not have an NHS Login
They can create an NHS Login during the booking process.
The registration process has been simplified, Photo ID is not needed during the initial registration. Once booked, they can still manage their appointments online.
Key message for patients
From 1st July 2026, all patients will access Swiftqueue using NHS Login.
If patients have not yet linked their account, they should do this before the deadline to avoid any issues accessing their appointments.
