If you need urgent help within surgery times, please call the practice.
For non-urgent medical or administrative help, you can contact us using our online consultation tools below.

Your request will be reviewed by our clinical or administrative team. Submissions are reviewed during our normal working hours, and we will provide a response once your request has been assessed.

The Derby Urgent care walk in centre is open daily 8am to 8pm at London Road Community Hospital, Osmanton Road for non urgent care.
For urgent medical care, outside of the surgery hours please use 111 or for emergencies 999.
