Face Coverings Are Still Required When Attending The Surgery

Although face coverings are no longer legally required in a healthcare setting The Vernon and Lanes Medical Centre has completed a risk assessment and as a result will continue to ask anyone entering the building to wear a face covering.

We have many vulnerable staff and patients and to ensure everyone remains safe the responsible decision is to retain masks to assist in ensuring infection control is maintained.

Masks and face shields are available on entry to the practices for anyone that doesn’t have access to them.

Kindly continue to wear a face covering and santise your hands before entering The Vernon and Lanes Medical Centre.

With thanks for your ongoing support as we learn to live alongside COVID 19
